When several different people across an organisation regularly speak on its behalf, maintaining a genuinely consistent brand voice across all of them requires considerably more than a shared set of talking points handed out once, since each individual naturally brings their own personality, phrasing and instincts to every single conversation they have with an audience.

The genuine goal is not to eliminate individual personality entirely from every interaction, but to ensure every spokesperson operates within a shared understanding of the brand's core tone and values, so that audiences encounter a genuinely recognisable consistent character even as the specific person speaking changes from one interaction to the next one.

Regular alignment, through shared briefing material and honest feedback whenever a spokesperson drifts noticeably from the brand's established voice, helps maintain this consistency reliably over time, particularly as new spokespeople join the organisation and genuinely need to be brought into that shared understanding properly from their very first day in the role.
